A project to unite 2 apartments including the formation of split level roof-top terraces accessed via a structural glass box. The existing rubble filled basement was remade into a cellar.

The united apartments were completely refurbished and the

glass box craned in through the roof.

On the upper terrace is a bespoke barbeque-bench, sink and lighting unit.

At Alexandra Grove we were able to work within a very tightly constrained site on a quiet residential street with the owners and ground floor tenants living in the building for the duration of the works
